Ornamental Kale

 I wouldn't know. I only cooked kale (the vegetable variety because I heard friends singing its virtues as if it were a Handel's cantata) only once, I tasted the thing and threw it straightaway. An experience never to be repeated.

about all it tastes good as is fried in oil like a chip.. then its pretty well unrecognisable
