This is gorgeous. The colours are simply stunning (on my new LCD!). The sky looks great. Was it sunrise or sunset?
You could almost crop a small amount from the sand and the sky to make a pano, but it would be unfortunate to lose some of the colour in the sky!

As for cropping... I played with a few options... I decided (for now... might play later) to stick with a 6x4 aspect ratio...

Good capture Scott. I like the reflections of sky & boats in the water. Maybe a touch too much sand, but cropping the image to fix that would lose the water which is intrinsic to the beauty of the shot. Go back, reframe and reshoot please

I agree with the other posters. Nice image but needs the forground cropped and darkened. Empty foregrounds rob images of energy.
