Please note that this is not an area for you to showcase your images, nor is this a place for you to show-off where you have been. This is an area for you to post images so that you may share with us a technique that you have mastered, or are trying to master. Forum rules
Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.

These are a few photos from the MYER show whilst the celebreties arrived. I only know who the first one is. Can anyone help with the other names? Thanks

The second one is Natalie (yummaliscious) Bassingthwaite from Rogue Traders and Neighbours. Ignore the fact that I know her from neighbours and concentrate on her hotness!! Thanks!

Yep. Natalie Bassingthwaite.

Apparently there are other people in photos here as well.

But who cares?

Thanks for the comments, guys!

Wendell: Yeah, I did yell out. At first I was scared to do it, but then all the photographers did, so I thought what's the heck and I did also :-) Very hard to get them to look in the camera.

Cheers

Alex you need to yell out
one trick i learned from the guy who shoots for harpers is to learn their name
other photogs just yell, 'could we have one here' or sometimes they are more civil and they all line up then they say 'o.k starting from left to right please' the stars give a look to each photog from left working to the right. If you happen to know their name and scream out e.g 'Pia your looking beautiful could i get a shot please' they instantly ignore everyone else and give you their full attention

Wayne: Thanks, mate

Wendell: Most did just as you said. They yelled out names. Unfortunately, I had no idea who most of them were. Funnily some photogs came up to me asking me if I knew who some of them were

Thanks, mate. Yeah, I agree. I used f3.3 on 50 mm f1.4 and obviously I needed a smaller aperture.

Here are two more of the girls, but I don't think these are keepers. I don't like them for some reason.

Nice work Alex, I don't think those last to are too bad either.

The guy with Pia, I remember him now, he was on the Australia version of "What no to wear".
