New lens capWhere do I buy a new lens cap to suit my 18-70mm kit lens. I lost mine at Bathurst on Sunday.
Barry D700, 50 1.8, 14-24 2.8, 24-70 2.8, 70-200VR, 80-400VR, SB800 plus a lot of gadgets
You can pick non-genuine ones up from any photography store, they just have to be the right size. (Mine for my D50 is 52mm).
As for genuine ones then I think you might have to pay a hefty price, although they don't work much better than generic ones, so I don't bother. Hope this helps Alistair
Get a generic one. When I got my 70-300 from a friend, he didn't have the lens cap, so I went to get one at the local camera shop, something like 3-4 dollars. The genuine Nikon was going to be $25 or more, not worth it. The generic one works just fine
