MHD, sure was.. There was a guy watching from his balcony to my left and he was calling me crazy being out in the open photographing the storm.. he changed his tune when I pointed out that he was higher than me and leaning on a metal rail

There sure are more of us crazy photographers out there, I spent most of the 6 hours we were shooting squeezed into the back of a 4WD with Shaunus when the strikes started getting close, not sure if I'm ready to be taken out by lightning just yet though, have still got much better pics I want to still get of it ![]()
