Sucker !!!
This is a 'predatory' mossie - Toxorhynchites sp - the larvae of this guy feeds on other mossie larvae  In the adult form, this mosquito feed on nectar and plant sap - hence the beautiful curved proboscis (or mouth parts). And most of you should be able to tell now, but this is a male - huge feathery antennae - perfect to help him find a nice female to be 'friends' with

If i am correct i think its only the Females that are the Blood Suckers, and also i think that they are the only ones to make that buzzing noise also... . Ill just leave it there i think, and resist the temptation to go any further.
