Actually John I'm not sure what the bloke in #2 was doing, looks like he was practicising photography with a towel or something??

Hi Ozi,
The second shot is great, the anticipation of the wave barreling over the guy on the shark biscut, windchop in the face of the wave plus the angle of the board in the bottom turn plus the photographer as forground interest makes this my pick of the bunch. Good timing on this shot. The third is also well timed, nice carve with the spray conveying a great sense of movement. I find the blown whites in the first one on the wave out the back just above the surfers head a little distracting from the subject, perhaps you could tone them down a little in PP.
