So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent. Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread. For surenjSurenj recently said in this post that it'd be good to see an image taken with a trusty old car windshield reflector - well here is one I shot at a wedding last year:

Surenj - no problems. As far as I remember no flash was used for this shot, we were outside on a beautiful late Spring/early Summer afternoon, the car refelector was sitting just out of shot on their laps, facing up. My assistant and one of the bridal party helped hold it across them. ![]() Geoff

InterestingA very interesting technique...using a car reflector instead of a flash. Thank you, I will remember this.
Thanks for that Geoff. I was misled by the background to think that this was indoors and the strongish shadow under the womans chin to think that it was flash.
I should take my reflector when i am next out and about...
