Hi, forum member in SA are invited to attend the Adelaide Christmas Picnic , Sunday 14th December from 12 noonish. It is proposed we meet at the Rotunda, (near Festival theatre) and find a shady spot to enjoy our BYO picnic. Plenty of photo opportunities near the festival centre, paddle boats etc and we have the opportunity to take popeye to the zoo later in the afternoon. While RSVP's not neceassary if you could pm me the number of children who will be attending there may be a little something in the lucky dip box. Hopefully everyone will be able to make at some time during the afternoon to catch up and say Hi There will be a small prize for the 'best/most interesting' (as voted by your peers) 'Christmas' happy snap brought along on the day DebT DebT"so many dreams - so little time "

Spewing i missed this! Stupid work!
Nice shots Tony and Fozzie, you guys have convinced me to get a zoo membership after the last time i was there with you and seeing the shots you get. Next year when the funds allow!

No, he doesn't. Tony, love that image. Foz - the pelican image ... looks more like it's on the Torrens, rather than actually within the zoo ????g.Gary Stark

Gary - we caught Poppye (River Boat) on the Torrens River near Festival Theatre to the Zoo and the Pelican was captured en route. gstark wrote:Foz - the pelican image ... looks more like it's on the Torrens, rather than actually within the zoo ????

Thanks for arranging this Deb. It was a good day. Hopefully I'll have some pics up tonight to go with those nice shots above, but I've been busy playing with my new iPhone that I felt compelled to get after seeing Big V's. Can't believe how easily it sucked me in.
