my cat nancy's closeup ,,after many shots mostly ruined up either cuz of bad light or blurr but this one she was hungary and sitting near my door"yellowesh" which worked as good reflector for sun light,shot handheld at 1/250,f4.5,

Yes, perhaps retake the image and make the eyes the focus. But I still think it's a very striking image, therefore I recommend you title the image 'sniff' - that way people will assume you deliberately focussed on the nose and then this one will work fine!
