To me, landscapes look all the more dramatic and interesting when the weather closes around them. Your day out in the fog shows this very well.

That's the perfect weather to get the waterfalls in the blue mountains, everything is running well because of the rain. Plus the lower light levels helps you get the slower shutter speeds

I remember going out to the Blue Mountiains on an excursion with school, there was massive amounts of fog around at the time. Enough so that when we got to the Three Sisters lookout, it was like looking into the abyss. 6 feet then just a white wall of fog!
