Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Hi,
You've probably seen Stubbsy, LostDingo and Radar's images from the meet, and I've finally got around to processing my stuff (against stiff competition  )

Some nice shots Daniel, and you've offered a very different perspective to the others that preceeded you (I'm guessing that was mostly intentional).
But it's appreciated!
I like the noose, and the fisheye in #2, especially the way the trees looks like its reaching out.

Well worth the wait. #2 rocks and is a great use of the fish eye. I really like your compositional choice in #5. The chain across the straight lines of the image which lead us into the Keep Out sign at the end. This one's my fave of these, although I also like the detail of #1. Peter

I'm quite happy with #2 as well, the fisheye added something to it. I have the same location captured with the 18-70 and it lacks something in comparison (and it doesn't have a duck... could that be it?  )
#1 - I like the DOF effect you can achieve with the 80-400 @ 400/5.6 near it's focus limit. #5 - Stubbsy, you've picked what I was trying to do - build some sort of compositional theme out of the chain leading into the keep out sign. Craig - the different perspective... well, you see I'm a bit different . It wasn't really a selection thing, most of them just turned out that way...

great set of photos. #1 and #5 I really like. #1 for it's simplicity and sharpness. I like #5 because I tried doing something similar but it didn't come out as nice as yours. I also like the fisheye, it really worked well in that setting.
