Hoped to get images that were a little different on the day. Of course we took the dam photos as well but, as we suspected, others did a better job of those than we did!

So that's the lizard everyone was talking about! We thought it was that squashed one on the dam

looks like an eastern water dragon.
interesting to see some stuff other than the dam. would have preferred some eye contact with the lizard though dont mind the leaves. Steve check out my image gallery @

Thank you for the lizard ID avkomp. Unfortunately, it was on the other side of the rather large dam wall, down the side of the very slippery looking rock sides and despite Mr R waiting for ages, would not look at camera.
Mr R would have "given his all" for the photo but wanted to ensure the safety of the camera for Mrs R's turn at the shutter ... he was definitely not being a big wussie girl's blouse, you understand ![]()
