I really like the contrast of the colour of the jellyfish with the rich blue background. Very nice saturation of a colourful subject

www.colberne.com.au I purchased a Teddy Bear this morning for the sum of $10. I named him Mohammed. This afternoon I sold him on E-Bay for $30. My question is, "Have I made a prophet?"
Great shots,
I like the first ,third one and the colour as well Is the 17-55 f2.8 cost around $1600 AU dollar? ![]() Nikon D70s + Nikkor AF 28-105D+ AFS 70-300 VR + AF 50 f/1.8 D + Tokina 12-24 f/4 + DX 10.5 Fisheye+SB800
the aquarium (to quote my wife) is "the best aquarium in the world" never mind that she has only ever been to one.
I must say that it is awsome you start about 8 stories up and work your way down in a circle. The exhibits are just phenominal it has a theme of the sea habitats of the ring of fire, they show what lives at the waters edge as well as underneath and as BBJ pointed out the main exhibit is a 9 meter whale shark... THe lens cost me in the range of 1800 but that included a hoya pro1 thin CPL for my 12 - 24 so I guess it works out to about 1600.... It was not the cheapest price i could have got but I trusted the shop a little more and for about 60 dollars difference I was not too concerned.
