The hornet wins it for me hands down, but I do really like the shot of the helicopter. It's a pity the parachutist didn't turn the flag around for you..... very inconsiderate ![]() Looks like you had a great day. Tony All I know, is that I don't know enough.....
Very crisp, very sharp
![]() May I ask what equipment and what technique you used. Also out of curiousity: have many shots, how many keepers ? Regards, Christian
Christian, Canon 20d and Sigma 80-400 OS lens.. did not take my flash or mono pod - not needed..available light was good. 250 shots for the day and there are just over 200 in the folder..but how many car shots can you be bothered with?
Canon
Some great shots there - nicely framed and very sharp. That Sigma 80-400 seems to perform very well!
The F/A 18 stands out for me though (first one). Canon 20D and a bunch of lovely L glass and a 580EX. Benro tripod. Manfrotto monopod. Lowepro and Crumpler bags. And a pair of Sigma teleconverters, and some Kenko tubes. http://www.dionm.net/
Some lovely shots,
have you considered flipping the skydiver ? If you get the mirror image the flag won't be backwards, it might make give the shot a little more punch ? The hornet shots are great, very sharp!
Sensational BV. Looks like a top day

Great images. Aircraft are very interesting to photograph and you have done exceedingly well here. The hornet is sweet.

Very nice indeed....... I reckon these are much better than shots of the cars. Not putting down the skill to capture the cars, just the content. Love quality photos of fighter aircraft flying. ![]() Tony All I know, is that I don't know enough.....
Love stuff, the flipped version is heaps better! Had you posted it originally like this I doubt anyone but yourself would of known. And thanks for more hornet shots, lovely stuff!
Arh, bugger you got me... ![]()
