Vince, as cliched as it is, you've produced a brilliant image for #1. I even like the slight tilt to the image. Not a big fan of #2 though - too much white.

Vince, like no 1 and liked your recent post of a couple in a windowsill. I think no 2 is a bit too phallic. The building dominates and the couple are an intrusion, in my opinion. Nothing ventured, nothing gained

Vince I have to agree with Glen about #2 the couple don't feature in the shot enough and are overpowered by the towering phallic. I do think it was a worth experimentation just one that didn't work (at least for me).
#1 Is interesting, I'm torn between liking it and being annoyed by the background.. I'm undecided about it.
Both of these shots are tremendous, different angles make for memorable photos.
