Glen,
I went there last October for a weekend to have a look at the facilities and then again in March this year to host our annual sales incentive trip. Mauritius was good but next year we are spending a week in Kruger National Park....looking forward to getting some wildlife shots! Thanks for the kind comments, the water is really that colour (no special efects other than a CPl filter).
With regards to photos of the food, I will see what I can do tonight. One night we had venison soup at an African retreat up in the mountains (while a young deer was walking around.......). The main course was wild boar and a salad made from the trunk of a Palm Tree (called Millionares Salad I think). I'm not into that "gamey" food.......... I think that I would like it in Mauritius, could possibly even go for a swim there. Postcard stuff, Well Done
