.... Nikon mirror manual focus, all the parrot shots have been opened in camera raw only with no other PP or sharpen, just as shot.......

.......'donut' bokeh...... this is why the 500mm mirror lens is called the donut lens....... happens when there are highlights or strong colours behind your subject.......
