Sydney Harbour Sunset

Hey! Here is the Story of my first Sunset Shoot.
Location: Vaucluse, Queens Ave.
Weather: Windy, Cold, Puffy Clouds
This was the first time I had a chance to use my Circular Polariser, so the sky looks a bit bluer than it really was.

admajic, these look ok. I am not into a lot of this asi dont know a lot about it but yeh is all ok i guess it is something you have to play with with to get it right, as in location etc...

But yeh oneday i will get over there for a look and get me some snaps of the OH, harbour etc...

And I think its better off with a longer lens, cant see much of Sydney from this far. Otherwise, they're good looking pics

for me the field of view is too wide to really show sydney off at its best.
I have seen some pretty flash shots under similar light taken at north head and they werent shot as wide and looked more striking to me.

Had some of my images that were closer cropped. Ill read the faq. The wide ones are at 18mm

I think the BEFORE version in the second post is a lot better than the after. The colours are just too purple for me.

I'd have to agree the Post processing in the after shot is stretching the relationship, it's just too surreal colour wise.

Thanks for the feedback. The before shot is straight of the camera only resized. I guess Ill have another play and be more realistic Thanks for the feedback.

beatiful vantage point

i like the subtle tones closer to the city

composition is thoughtful too as you choose to include several elements
but i would prefer a tighter crop of just he city and bridge i think thats the best part of the image
