Coolum Beach Rescue ReadyLooking the other way from the Coolum Beach Kite Fest showed the quietly ready presence of the Surf Rescue folk. First image taken at about 8am & the second at near midday. Note the difference in the quality of light. Very dark sand at this spot too. Nice beach.

Thank you my friend. I was taken with the relative simplicity of the scene when right behind me was about 30,000 people. This little oasis of peace appealed to me.

I'm liking the 1st shot.
The 2nd one is good but the shadow distracts me from the boy. Nice, bright, upbeat images.
Nice shots but I would clone out the witches hat from the first one.
