I like this as well, the composition is very striking.

My only point of critique is directed not at the photographer but the forum admin in you: images with a large portion of dark content really highlight the problem of simultaneous contrast if presented in front of glaring white surroundings. Viewed on the forum page most of the shadow detail in your image is drowned out (on my carefully calibrated and profiled monitor and using a browser that takes the monitor profile into account). Viewing the same image against a muted gray background makes it look at lot better, and only then I realised the ghost-like character of some of the shadow features.

I therefore call again for a forum theme (perhaps optional) that puts posted images against a mid-gray background. It might make the forum look a little bit duller, but would bring out the images better.
