Giraffe themeFrom monarto, they have a new giraffe observation area which is outstanding..

Dave, yes, even though he tried to eat his way to freedom.. Giraffes do not normally sit/lay on the ground becuase it takes them so long to get up but because there are no animals to eat them at monarto, they feel safe enough to relax..

Nice shots Big V.
Although the second shot of the giraffe with two heads looks unusual. ![]() (Also looks like you've dup posted this here) Daniel Nikon D4, D2Xs, D70, Nikkors and Sigmas lenses from 10 to 400mm

Slipped disc?
Glad to see that he is still going. There are a couple of vets hanging to do an autopsy on the poor guy when he karks it! Nice shots Big V. The mutant gives a different perspective. Love Monarto, did you get to see the Cheetah’s in full flight? Mal
I've got a camera, it's black. I've got some lens, they are black as well.
the 2nd one is rather amusing...the composition makes it look like an alien giraffe (two heads)
![]() the third pic makes the giraffe look rather solemn and wise with the wrinkles and frown. Hassy, Leica, Nikon, iPhone
Come follow the rabbit hole...
