Going to have a better go at them tomorrow, and may have to crack out the tripod for the first time in a long while as my 'I need more coffee' shake was too noticeable.

Quick play with the tubes...Okay.. I had a couple of spare minutes when I got home, so decided I'd unwrap the kenko tubes, and try them out.
