Hello sunshine![]() Chris
-------------------------------- I started my life with nothing and I’ve still got most of it left
I think it needs a bit of contrast or something, I'm not sure. It just seems a little washed out, did u use a high ISO for it?
Still a nice upbeat image, it is just being let down by a lack of..... something. Nikon D80, MB-D80, Nikon 50mm f/1.8, Nikon 17-55mm f/2.8, SB-800, Sigma 18-200 f/3.5-6.3
Various bits of borrowed/stolen glass/speedlights etc. - zero style or taste. http://harryfisherphotos.smugmug.com
The yellow looks off to me (uncalibrated screen) looks blueish maybe ?
Other then that I don't mind the composition, and the blue background makes it look very "sunny".
Thanks guys - I will relook at this image tomorrow. Shot with the D1, low iso and my screen is calibrated Craig.

I'd also suggest a tad more contrast, look forward to seeing your rework Chris

Point taken Chris, I'll get back in my box!
nice shot chris...... but I tend to agree, the image needs a little magenta, red, correction, as your image appears green, blue........ but just a little.....
Cheers ....bp....
Difference between a good street photographer and a great street photographer.... Removing objects that do not belong... happy for the comments, but .....Please DO NOT edit my image..... http://bigpix.smugmug.com Forever changing
hi chris on the left side as you look at it you have nice detail but on the right the image appears blown imo.... i find yellow flowers very difficult to shoot.
