The simple things in lifeare often the best - I have a real love for these flowers, the common Frangapani:

Geoff,
looks really good as is but I think it would also look nice with a tigher crop as well. They are gorgeous flowers. André Photography, as a powerful medium of expression and communications, offers an infinite variety of perception, interpretation and execution. Ansel Adams
(misc Nikon stuff)
I agree Geoff - a friend of mine has a huge tree of them in his front garden but I keep forgetting to take my camera over!
Love the bokeh Edit: removed question that someone else had already asked! ![]() Last edited by beetleboy on Sat Jan 27, 2007 6:28 pm, edited 1 time in total.

Come follow the rabbit hole...
It never ceases to amaze me how well texture can come across in a photo! The flower looks so velvety and soft, yet the edges are still razor sharp and defined.
The colour reproduction is spot on as well. Fantastic work Geoff! Congrats on the lens, it certainly is wonderful, specially in the right hands ![]()
This great lens have landed on some capable hands
![]() More DOF wont hurt Geoff, specially on the cream machine ![]()
