wow mate, nice shots.
How did you get such a good exposure on the couple in number 3? Any special flash settings used? MattyO

#3 for me too, love the sun rim lighting, and your fill is great. Interested to know what flash/reflector you used for frontal lighting.
The first, the greens are a bit too bright at first glance, but I see the sun lighting them, maybe back off the green a little if possible/practical. thanks for sharing.
#3 looks like a combination of narrow aperture with exposure set for the background with a flash fill - but with no obvious bounce surface behind you, I too would love to know the details of how this shot was taken - it's great!

May I ask, where was these shots taken? specially that little waterfall background, its gorgeous!
To be honest guys..............i have no idea what i am doing (i have only been doing this for -weddings-for 4months).....i think i did the old "P" for perfect (program setting).
I just adjust the output of the flash (manualy) ![]() ![]() ![]() Cheers Dan
Love you work Dan.. great shots, the bride and groom would love em.
The first isn't my personal cup of tea style wise, but I know many couples that are into the sort of treatment. as has been said.. #3 is really well done. And the last one just looks like lots of fun..

Dan,
In the past I have criticised your work as being too dependant upon PP, and I asked that you show us that you have some mastery of the basics. You have more than answered my criticisms in these images. Thank you for posting and sharing. These are excellent images, and you have very successfully merged your creative thought processes with a formulaic and often boring, tiresome, and sometimes thankless task. Great stuff. g.
