Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent. Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread. Feliz Navidad! It is an experiment, and the idea came to me after seeing a clever picture posted last week by Monty where his face is shown on drops of water so I adapted it to the season. The purpose behind the image is to remind you how your mood, drink and Christmas cheer can warp the perception you hold about yourself and others. I wish you all and your loved ones a happy and safe season. I hope you like it.

Very nice! I would prefer not to see the camera in the reflection, but uncertain as to how you can achieve it short of clonning it out.

Excellent photo Zafra
Maybe you could disguise the camera as a tree? ![]() Thanks for your photo of the week throughout 2007. You have captured many memorable photos and your photography is just getting better and better. Hope to see many more in 2008! Cheers Graham
Thank you guys for your kind comments! I didn't think of hiding the camera and I wanted the photo to be as close to what my eyes could see as possible, but I will take your suggestion on board next time I take similar photographs.
That's why I liked seeing the camera in the shot.
use a 600mm lens and put the camera on the tripod ALOT further back.... probably wont see the camera then
