As usual the pics are of superb quality we take for granted from you. The quality of the light is ..... PRIMO! I'd like to see more pictures of the rig. Maybe we need to have a meet with that rig? How are you powering this beast? Also, What makes it more useful/better compared to a ring light? [I know it may be cheaper than the professional ring lights out there, but the Orbis isn't too bad] Are you using a white lens? Don't tell me you are using Pentax?

oh shucks thanks guys
the rig is powered by a 12 volt battery
the reason why my invention is better than a ring light is purely an aesthetic thing
the Triangle is the most mysterious shape in the universe and anyone in front of it feels it's mystical attraction hence you get better pictures...seriously
also the triangle is sexier than a ring light everyone came up to me and just wanted one for themselves

Congrats Wendell but keep in mind that a US patent means diddly squat to Mr Ping Pong in the mountains of Shenzan

+ or any country really, all you really need to do is change 10% of the design

my strategy is to sell the patent to either of ther two leading lighting companies Profoto or Broncolor get my 10% weee and then let everyone copy it's innevitable
my patent protects me when dealing with these big companies anyway i dont have the resources to mass produce them

I think the rule of thirds would require a threesome? biggerry wrote:awww shite... that explains why i want one - damn u mystical attraction
Same here. But depends on how big the 12V battery would be. Car battery anyone?

stunning images, number 1's hair coming in under her eye gives me a weird sense her head is misshaped.
the even lighting is awesome, and the triangle shaped eye highlight is a nice touch.
on a side note, i didn't notice that large eyebrows had made a reappearance.

I purchased a Teddy Bear this morning for the sum of $10. I named him Mohammed. This afternoon I sold him on E-Bay for $30. My question is, "Have I made a prophet?"

I like these results no matter how you produced them!! - Do you hand hold it or do you mount the flash rig to your cam?
