Errol Has His Leg Back In The Shower With Mic

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.

Please also ensure that you have a meaningful location included in your profile. Please refer to the FAQ for details of what "meaningful" is.

Sorry Geoff to rain on your parade of a fellow Mantis :?

I have finished my Photo Shoot in the shower with Errol my Modeling Mantis, somehow he has regained the use of his leg and I have set him free. Hopefully a bird doesn't have him for breaky tomorrow morning :cry:

Now I have done 5 Pics : 2 Normal & wait for it 3 Gradient Maps ( No Inverting )
:shock:

I really liked how the Gradient Maps effected Errol, very interesting, well to me anyway.

Hope you all enjoy Errol In The Shower Part II :D :D

And how long did it take for Errol's leg to grow back?

My Nikkor 105mm Micro / Hand Held with SB 800 on remote Bounce. ( F:16 ) ( 1/60th )

Ya done good, Mic. The first shot is very good, IMO. :D PS musta crashed or something while you were working on the last ones. The colors seem to be a little off.... 8)

first picture is cool, he looks happy, lol. Infact i swear he's saying "gooday mate" Composition is nice.

2nd is a bit wide, and kinda the same as first, but i think you nailed it on the first.

Not a fan of your "effects" though ... a bit ho-hum. But thats just me :)

Those first 2 are particularly beautiful. They have a Zen quality/simplicity and should be framed. This is why I love this forum!
