Interesting angle of a phone booth Dee. Personally I think it's a bit too bright to give any street emotion. The walls surrounding the booth don't quite anything to the image - I would have preferred to go for a darker look and feel to the pic. Hassy, Leica, Nikon, iPhone

I got all the drama I need from the angle, I didn't really want to overdo it with too much darkening personally. I find I'm shying away from overdoing things too much. I suppose a slight darkening on the sides might help, but on my monitor it seems like much darker on the phone would be too dark? I actually have several that were darker, but they just seemed...dark?

Not sure what Telstra is?
I like the idea of having it off the hook. I might have to reshoot (it's about 45 steps out my front door).

hi
from the two i prefer the first one, on the last photo the light area is way too much, and is very distracting. on the first one, i really like it. i also like the idea of off the hook. the only problem is that, the inner lines guide your eyes to the center top area of the telephone booth and there is nothing in there just very bright light and dirt. thanks for sharing your work christian check my website>> http://www.6701.sunpixs.com
I love it! I really like wide angle. It's a really cool photo of something so common. Excellent work! BTW... Canucks sucks....
