sure...
you have to shoot in manual mode. f8-f13 depending on your lens 1/200-1/400 depending on moon phase spot metering sunlight WB iso100 -0.3 or -0.7EV i originally shot everything on a tripod but both of those shots are handheld becasue my tripod and macro lens are on loan. it doesn;t seen to make much difference at those shutter speeds when you have VR but as a rule it's easier to have it mounted. i used to have the 70-300mmVR and was getting very good results from that aswell before i sold it so you should be able to pick up great shots with your lens aswell. i found that backing it off to 260mm or so got better results to avoid the lens' softness fully extended. good luck. ![]() EM1 l 7.5 l 12-40 l 14 l 17 l 25 l 45 l 60 l 75 l AW1 l V3

Very nice, although maybe flatten the noise in the first one to make it less distracting.
